Cooking a Better World

Education is key in developing a solid socio-environmental awareness. At the Bergner Foundation we design programs that address physical aspects of knowledge transmission in areas of sustainable gastronomy, sustainability at home, and social equity. The diversity of formats seeks to reach different audiences and ensure a significant impact on awareness and sustainable practices.

Villa Terzaghi

Villa Terzaghi is the headquarters of the cooking school and educational restaurant of the Maestro Martino Association, dedicated to the best students of Lombardy's hospitality schools selected each year according to meritocratic criteria. Students participate free of charge in a training course in which experiences, reflections and testimonies of professionals, companies and innovators in the sector come together, from which they can extract ideas for the restoration of the future. The main objectives of the association are the promotion and qualification of the local food and wine offer.
